Produced in the heart of Oaxaca, in Crucero de Teotitlán del Valle, this 50ml mezcal is made with Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia). It is slowly cooked in a conical earth oven, ground with a horse-drawn tahona, fermented in a sabino vat with well water, and double-distilled in a copper still. This traditional process is certified by the Mexican Mezcal Quality Regulatory Council.
