Cocktail “Sweet Piña Oaxaqueña”

Ingredients:


  • 2 oz of 180 Piñas mezcal

  • 1 oz of fresh pineapple juice

  • 1/2 oz of orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)

  • 1/2 oz of agave honey

  • 2 cucumber slices

  • 1 sprig of mint

  • Ice

  • Worm salt and sugar (for rimming the glass)

  • Small piece of pineapple or edible flower for garnish





Preparation:

  1. Mix equal parts worm salt and sugar on a plate. Moisten the rim of a glass with pineapple juice and dip it into the mixture to coat.

  2. In a shaker, add the cucumber slices and agave honey. Gently muddle to release the flavor.

  3. Add the mezcal, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, and ice. Shake well.

  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass with fresh ice.

  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a small piece of pineapple or an edible flower.
