Ingredients:
45 ml 180 Piñas Espadín Mezcal
45 ml grapefruit juice
20 ml lime juice
10 ml agave syrup
1 muddled strawberry
2 sprigs of rosemary (1 for garnish)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Take an old fashioned glass and run a lime wedge around the rim, then coat the rim with sea salt and/or worm salt.
Pour the mixture into the glass. Take a sprig of rosemary, gently slap it against the back of your hand to release its aroma, and use it to garnish the drink.
