Ingredients:

  • 45 ml 180 Piñas Espadín Mezcal

  • 45 ml grapefruit juice

  • 20 ml lime juice

  • 10 ml agave syrup

  • 1 muddled strawberry

  • 2 sprigs of rosemary (1 for garnish)


Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  2. Take an old fashioned glass and run a lime wedge around the rim, then coat the rim with sea salt and/or worm salt.

  3. Pour the mixture into the glass. Take a sprig of rosemary, gently slap it against the back of your hand to release its aroma, and use it to garnish the drink.
